ESTIMATES AND SHIPPING

Estimates are free and based on the extent of the damage to the object and the amount of work  involved. Photgraphs and damaged description will help to give proper estimates.

We accept paintings, porcelain and other fine art objects from all around the world. Please send us e-mail or call  with your questions and we will respond as soon as possible.     Szelag Art Conservation recommends using a professional packing and shipping services,     if you choose to do it by yourself please:    - wrap the item in tissue paper and many layers of bubble wrap    - loose pieces please wrap separately    - fill the box with 3 inches of styrofoam peanuts, place the item in the box and cover it              with the peanuts    - always please use double box , 2-3 inches space between the walls of the boxes should              be filled with styrofoam peanuts or similar packing material.    - please do not forget to put your name, address and telephone number inside the box    - insurance is always recommended                                                               * Within 24 hours your box will be open and after evaluating the damage we will contact  you with the treatment proposal and estimate.
